All displays are made by hand right on site that day which is the day you ordered the arrangement. the cost of buying the individual fruits at the grocery store would be quite expensive if you tried to "do it yourself" ie..pineapples are around $4.00... I tell people that if they want to keep the fruit loger, take it of the skewers and place it in plastic bags to retain the moisture. That way the fruit will keep for about 3-4 days...." If you've never done it before, you'll spend hours trying to get the shapes just right - even then there's a good chance it will look "amateurish"..." The particular bouquet I bought had chocolate dipped strawberries, cut melons, and pineapples - all on wooden skewers. It was called in, created and delivered in one day - it tasted amazing. It was definitely worth it!"
